Only what you send us through the contact form: name, telephone number, email (optional), area of interest and the message you write. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the fonts and files are served from our own domains.
Exclusively to reply to your contact request and, if you go ahead with us, to prepare your assessment or monitoring. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We keep contact requests for the period necessary to reply and to follow up the conversation. If you do not go ahead with us, you may request erasure at any time.
Submission of the form is processed by our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered by email, through the Resend service, to our general mailbox. If you become a client, your monitoring data is held on the HOP platform, with the protection described in the terms you accept when creating an account.
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
