Each watch sees one part of your day. We connect every wearable — Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Samsung — to the HOP app, cross-reference the data with each other and with what we measure in the lab, and give you back a single view: what to do today.
Your watch is a great companion — and we use it every day. But to set zones and plans, the numbers have to be your own: independent meta-analyses show individual errors of up to ±10 ml/kg/min in the VO2max estimated by watches, and age-based max HR formulas are off by ±10 bpm on average — enough to shift an entire training zone.

Start with an assessment or simply connect your wearable — the rest happens in the app.
